Great question, Connie. Your son or daughter will first need to sign up for a Parent Account. This is the account that is used to broadcast the video from the webcam in the baby’s nursery.

After your son or daughter has created the Parent Account, you can register for a Viewer Account. The parent accountholder will receive an email notification that you would like access to the nursery webcam. Once they grant you access, you can log into iBabyVideo.com to see your granddaughter in the nursery whenever the nursery webcam is broadcasting. Or, you can use our free iPhone or iPad app to view the nursery webcam on your mobile device!
